3.39 24-0290 Subject: Oakland Alameda Access Project: Freeway Agreement, Façade Improvements, And Other Agreements From: Transportation Department Recommendation: Adopt The Following Pieces Of Legislation: 1) A Resolution Authorizing The City Administrator To Execute A Superseding Freeway Agreement With The California Department Of Transportation For State Highway Route 880 (I-880) Consistent With The Improvements Delivered By The Alameda County Transportation Commission And California Department Of Transportation's Oakland Alameda Access Project; And
24-0292 2) Resolution Authorizing The City Administrator Execute A Memorandum Of Understanding With The Alameda County Transportation Commission To Document A Donation Of Funds To The Oakland Façade Improvement Program; And Accept And Appropriate Donated Funds Documented In The Memorandum Of Understanding With The Alameda County Transportation Commission In An Amount Not To Exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) To Fund Façade Improvements In The Oakland Waterfront Warehouse District; And
