So long as no public funds are used to support a new stadium, I'd prefer to see our professional sports teams relocate to a location where economic development and public services can 'rally around them'. The existing property for the stadiums serves neither purpose as it's little more than the world's largest parking lot, briefly interrupted by two stadiums. Missed Opportunity.
And charge operators with reckless operation of a motor vehicle, Vehicle Code 23103. I'm not anticipating this is going to yield any money for the city, but it will make it hard for these people to insure these cars, and word of that should get around..
