Recommendation: Receive An Informational Report On The Implementation Status Of The 2025 - 2029 Economic Development Action Plan, Focused On Fiscal Year 2025/26
1) Agendize & Request that staff provide the executed Costco ENA, effective date, $300,000 receipt, Schedule of Performance, signer/agency authority, assignment provisions and builder/responsibility chart.
2) Agendize & Request formal milestone tracking of both ENA implementation and the December 31 CWS/CASS amortization deadline on the committee’s outstanding-items tracker.
