Waste Management truck cameras confirm they have completed ZERO pickups APN 029 097801700 over the last year. I have submitted 4 Administrative Hearing Questionnaires. Citywide Liens refuses to allow the OMC required hearings. I will bring time stamped hard copies to Tuesdays meeting. 43 emails texts and phone calls produced no resolution. City government focus is revenue enhancement, not trash pickup. No surprise there is trash all over our city. Audit of CitywideLiens is needed. Proposed legislation is fraudulent.

    1) I have not used my trash receptacles between April 2025 through June 2026. Yes 14 months. Why am I being charged for trash pickup when trash was never picked up? I have confirmed this with the manifest provided by Waste Management. I have responded and written to the City of Oakland - Citywide Liens Division with this same question in previous years with no response.
    2) My property taxes have been assessed with garbage liens for several years prior to 2026 and I continue to receive past due notices AFTER the property taxes have been paid in full.
    3) Phone calls are never returned and letters go unanswered. What can I do to remedy this mandatory delinquent trash fee problem?
