And for community-based organizations that are not currently funded, what pathway exists for them to compete for future Measure NN resources or partnerships and how is this information shared with these organizations? How does the City ensure that smaller grassroots organizations, especially those already trusted in impacted neighborhoods, are not excluded in favor of larger, more established organizations AND how are we being inclusive to organizations that have successful track records in impacted communities?
