To Increase The Agreement With The Youth Employment Partnership, Inc. By Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) For A Total Contract Amount Not To Exceed $2,125,000; (4) Amending City Council Resolution No. 89761 C.M.S.
