Recommendation: Adopt A Resolution: (1) Authorizing The City Administrator To Enter Into A Purchasing Agreement With Allstar Fire Equipment For The Purchase Of Firefighter Protective Clothing (Also Known As Turnouts) For A Three Year Term In An Amount Not To Exceed One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000), With Two One-Year Options To Extend Agreement For Up To An Additional Two Years In An Amount Not To Exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars Per Year ($500,000), Without Returning To Council, For A Total Contract Amount Not To Exceed Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000); And (2) Waiving The Advertising And Competitive Bidding Process Requirements, And Local And Small Business (L/SB) Enterprise Program Provisions For The Proposed Purchase Agreement With Allstar Fire Equipment; On The March 3, 2026 City Council Agenda On Consent
