Michael has been excellent community partner to our commercial districts across the City Of Oakland, recognizing the importance to economic development of an integrated parking and mobility program. His vision as expanded access and supported Oakland small businesses they’re an amazingly challenging time of the pandemic and guiding into the future of a thriving metropolitan city.
