While the lead remediation is mentioned, I continue to highlight that taking 1 million away from music and arts funding through the block grant, not only was it a violation of the process, but, a violation to thousands of our most vulnerable students who could've had the consistency they need and deserve. Although, we opposed the plan to take the funding away, it was done, any way,
and our ask is for no more funding to be taken away from our students.
