Recommendation: Receive An Informational Report That Provides An Overview Of The Financial And Structural Challenges Facing The City During And After The Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 Midcycle Budget
The one question that nobody has asked is “What budget actions would be necessary to erase the structural deficit? If it would I require multiple years please indicate how many years?” This is the ultimate responsibility of the Council not to kick the can down the road until the possibility of bankruptcy becomes real!
