I have applied to assist and developed the 311 since 2020 sending multiple unanswered recommendations, including clean community supervisor and assistant department manager. The data report shows Oakland residents and uninformed of the ability to self drop off bulk dump vs calling for pick up service wasting resources to focus on dumping hotspots. The culture of cleaning has not been represented to Oakland from people who are native to the culture of Oakland. The community should be allowed to have at minimum clean organized encampments and connectable channels for clean change.I Decoryan Warner can provide a drastic change in oakland under the city department umbrella. Oakland must invest in oakland schools and community with awareness that the city can't do it alone.
