Recommendation: Adopt A Resolution Renewing And Continuing The City Council's Declaration Of A Local Emergency Due To The Existence Of The City's Homelessness Crisis
I ask the City Council and the City to allow Councilmember Fife to attend the Encampment Task Force's regular meetings as an observer and to provide insights into the nature of encampments in District 3 if called upon. District 3 has more unhoused people than any other district. Thank you. Michael Taffet
