Recommendation: Adopt A Resolution: (1) Receiving The Annual Surveillance Report On The Oakland Public Works (OPW) Illegal Dumping Surveillance Camera Program (Camera Program); And (2) Approving Proposed Amendments To The Camera Program Use Policy (Use Policy) As Recommended By The Privacy Advisory Commission (PAC)
We need to catch these people and cite them for trashing our beautiful city! we all deserve to have clean neighborhoods to walk without seeing disgusting trash and smelling all kinds of odors walking home. Lets give OPW the right tools and allow them to gather the evidence they need to follow through with their jobs!
