Accepting, Appropriating, And Authorizing An Agreement For Receipt Of Grant Funds From The California Business Consumer Services And Housing Agency In The Amount Of $2,001,152 For A Term Of September 1, 2022 To June 30, 2024 To Implement The Family Homelessness Challenge (FHC) Project; (2) Awarding Grant Agreements To Four Homeless Services Providers Using The Above Funds To Implement The FHC Project Through June 30, 2024; (3.) Accepting And Appropriating Additional FHC Funds That Become Available For The Same Purposes Through June 30, 2024, And Authorizing The City Administrator To Amend The Above Grant Agreements To Increase The Amounts Within The Limits Of The FHC Funds; And (4.) Authorizing A Contribution From The General Purpose Fund In An Amount Equivalent To The Central Services Overhead Charges In An Estimated Amount Of $37,000
