    I see this is where council members have the opportunity to voluntarily and affirmatively decline the CPI salary increase- limit it to 3% maybe? to keep city expenses down in this time of high inflation.

    These positions need to be filled immediately. There are so many other positions in the city that have salaried openings. Stop using third party vendors.
