Unmet housing needs is one of the most pervasive barriers to economic mobility; with housing instability and homelessness often persisting beyond employment and career mobility. The successful impact of Community Based Organizations, like Rubicon, is reliant on innovative partnerships and proposals to provide bold housing solutions. Rubicon Programs joins CEOARE in the respectful request for the City of Oakland to incorporate the previously submitted racial equity considerations in the scope of the EIFD study and subsequent recommendations.
