Recommendation: Adopt A Resolution Renewing And Continuing The City Council's Declaration Of A Local Emergency Due To The Existence Of The City's Homelessness Crisis

It’s time to move conversations to the re-opening of California, EMP implementation and permanent solutions unlike the temporary, interim, feel good...options sparingly supported by CC. Stop kicking the can further down the road.
Move the conversation from temporary sustaining to permanent enriching.
Do not cannibalized affordability housing for families for Temporary housing or Transient Habitation.
