A's need to get away from this City Building that thing. Let A's Buy 1/2 (Oakland's) Half OUT Right as Alameda County Did @ around $100Mil. A Discount. They should Build Gap Stadium at the Gap Complex. The Fischer Family needs to Make Oakland their Home... The Cloths, The Fashion, The Style could redevelop East Oakland. Use Oakland Commons as Template. !/2 Market Rate, 1/2 Affordable Housing. Create Real Communities, and Style. The African American Group(Mr Bobbit) could then take, 1/10th of that property and build an Industry for Side Shows... Those Guys want an NFL Team. Well Here is something that IS Oakland's to exploit. To where the NFL Expansion could then bootstrap The "Oakland Sideshow", NFL Football Club of Oakland Ca. 12 Billion at Howard Terminal is Stupid, Where do trucks that USE that terminal Today?. If Oakland could spend $12Bil on sports, It could have kept all teams. Building at 66th Ave, the Stadium could be kept at around $700Mil. Oakland can afford $150Mil Infrastructure... Not another $1Bil. To Dave Kaval, spend 10 Days in July... Sail a Average Boat(30') out of that Channel Daily around sunset at Game Time. The Winds at Howard Terminal will rival Wrigley Field on some days. Stadium faces into Sun. for Day Games.
