Again, I am greatly concern with the use of Measure Q money that includes the language "Without Returning To Council". My question is why not return to the council? Please explain.
This is not a trivial amount of money for #1 or #2
The public need as much transparency as possible how the Measure Q money is spent. Also, not knowing if the programming is effective, those monies may need to be redirected. Please remove "Without Returning To Council" language from legislation.
