    I strongly support this!
Please also consider other buildings (perhaps soon to be vacant or now vacant office buildings? Office Parks?) that could be renovated to provide the housing that our homeless populations desperately need.
    Thank you.

THIS QUESTION IS MEANT FOR OPEN FORUM. I WROTE IT HERE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO ECOMMENT IN THE APPROPRIATE SECTION. I would like to develop the surplus public lot at 1911 Telegraph into a community green space with dozens of private areas separated by tall bushes, each with seating and pieces by local artists. It will allow locals and visitors to comfortably spend more time near downtown, benefiting local businesses. I would appreciate some advice about how to go about this as well as a recommendation on an advisor, some one who can counsel me as I progress through the process. Thank you for your time.
