    Yesterday, a contractor retained by the Payumos visited the Piedmont Walk HOA property. He confirmed what the HOA has been saying: inspection, testing, and repair of the end of the building that abuts the Payumo property can only be accomplished from the outside, and that requires temporary access on portions of the Payumo property. Fair compensation can be agreed to or awarded by a court. - Dennis Eagan, PWHOA VP
