    Even if this gets off the ground, there is still a huge need for these vehicles to be able to get to a dumping station to dispose of the raw sewage and grey water from their holding tanks. This is done on the streets now. Before leaving for a different parking area. All the boats in the marinas have storage tanks and have facilities to pump them out or have a pumping service do so. The cost to put in a pumping station in is not huge but the public health benefits are priceless. How can we ignore a simple way to make things better?
