City Council members should stand up by their constituents upholding and protecting their rights!!
I transmit the concerns of the Homeless Advocacy Working Group (HAWG) that the new funding for homelessness from Meas W and Meas Q nor be wasted on the current ineffective programs of the administration, but be deployed on innovative and proven programs that will successfully treat the problems of homelessness with dignity and restore the unhoused to satisfactory lives. ...
