The Measure Was A $198.00 Parcel Tax Measure Where The Certified Election Results Of The Alameda County Registrar Of Voters Said The Measure Failed Because It Did Not Receive The Supermajority Or 2/3 Voter Approval For Passage. The Council 'S Action On December 14, 2018 Was Contrary To The Certified Election Results, Therefore Must Be Rescinded!; On A City Council Agenda As Soon As Possible

It is good this is before Rules... THIS SHOULD NEVER Have BEEN HERE. Forced Facism, Before we get to item 6. Are You going to follow the Law. Does Constituency need to look forward to Respect for Voter Wishes. Or will the same occur for item 6. New Library #14 initiative. New Homeless. New Affordable Housing to build multi million Dollar overpriced "Developers" needs? Streets ARE still NOT PAVED. No new Police HQ. What happened to the BOND $$$'s for OPD HQ. When an Individual goes online to ACGOV and look Tax liabilities for any other City in East Bay. SA, Hay, SLZ, Fremont, Union City, ect has 1/3 page filled aith tax liabilities. Oakland is on second page of taxes, an steadily pushing that 3rd section. We see things like $100,000, wasted at the 3300 Foothill Blvd "fruitvale" Sign that has NEVER had working Lights. Incompetence like this gets Oakland to that 4th Page of Taxes in my Lifetime.
