4.21 18-1960 Subject: City Real Property Disposition And Development Policy Amendments From: Economic And Workforce Development Department Recommendation: Adopt The Following Two Pieces Of Legislation: 1) An Ordinance Amending Chapters 2.28, 2.42, 15.62, And 15.63, Of The Oakland Municipal Code To (A) Adopt Policies And Procedures For The Disposition Of City Real Property, Including Policies Encouraging The Use Of Such Property For Affordable Housing Development And Other Community Uses, (B) Set Aside Net Proceeds From Real Property Dispositions Into The Affordable Housing Trust Fund, And (C) Require Project Labor Agreements And Other Labor Standards And Impose Environmental Standards As A Condition Of Real Property Dispositions; And
