    I fully support the Police Commission's establishing Standing Committees for Personnel and one for Community Outreach. Over 83% of Oakland voters stated by their votes for Measure LL that they wanted to end the decades of a runaway racist OPD that all city administrations failed to manage effectively. Oakland is fortunate to have such a talented civilian Police Commission with these Standing Committees.
