So I withdraw the $2M part of Comment, as size is 9000 sq ft. But I would like to add I do not like all the excess bond Monies spent on Wood Framed Buildings at $1M per Unit. That is not affordable. I would like to see a more in Fruitvale Market Rate Construction. More Coliseum Redevelopment Area Market rate Homes. The Economic Models used are fueling "non tech driven" Lavish Lifestyles outside of Oakland City Limits for these Developers.
