Recommendation: Adopt The Following Pieces Of Legislation:
1) A Resolution Of Intention 1) To Levy Reassessments; And 2) To Issue Refunding Bonds Upon The Security Of The Reassessments, Relating To The City Of Oakland Utility Underground Assessment District No. 2007-232 Piedmont Pines Phase 1.; And
I strongly support this City staff recommendation to refund bonds issued to pay for Phase 1 Utility Undergrounding and look forward to adoption by Council. Thanks for looking out for us.

Piedmont Pines Neighborhood Association strongly supports staff's recommendation to reduce property owners' annual assessments by refunding the bonds issued to pay for costs associated with the new street lighting system for our Phase 1 Utility Undergrounding project. We very much appreciate efforts by the city to identify opportunities like this to reduce property owners' costs associated with infrastructure improvements.
