I support the Council, I thank all of you for consideration of the points I have brought up in Committees, and to the Council. As a Citizen, I felt the Information was more than relevant to the discussions, and decisions. It is difficult to try and not waste the City's Time. Noting how the Voting
was pre determined, Rather than bringing a overly contentious attitude into what would be a long Day served no Winning Value... For the Record I stand by my Testimony.
